With a combination of research fruits on polymer composites achieved for more than 40 years and up-to-date filament winding process and equipment, Baimtec has created a unique manufacturing technology of filament winding by which a wide range of products such as golf shafts, arrow shafts and ski poles can be produced massively at low cost. |
Characterized by its proprietary pattern-grinding technology, Baimtec takes advantage of its uniqueness on designing and manufacturing tube-shaped composite products, especially on manufacturing patented filament wound carbon arrow shafts. With an automatic production line on which curing, coating and painting are carried out continuously, Baimtec has a production capability of manufacturing one million pieces of graphite arrow shafts annually.
Baimtec is the first-rate in China and in the lead in the world for the technology level and producing scale of the carbon fiber medical face beds.
